📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the logistics center, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery scheduling.,Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Manage and supervise a team of drivers, warehouse staff, and administrative personnel.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to staff.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including warehouse management, transportation, and distribution.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as ERP systems and GPS tracking software.
