Port Base Corporindo is seeking a talented Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a passion for learning and development, and a strong understanding of educational theories and practices. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and skills.,Create and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop training plans.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and provide feedback on training programs.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong understanding of educational theories and practices.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.,Experience in conducting needs assessments and developing training plans.
