📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.,Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting our dental services.,Manage the clinic's budget, including expenses and revenue, to ensure financial stability.,Recruit, train, and develop a team of dental professionals and support staff.,Comply with all relevant health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.,Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain the clinic's high standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a healthcare or retail setting.,Strong knowledge of dental services and procedures.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using dental management software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
