📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis.
- Provide administrative support to the finance team.
- Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements and financial records.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your accounting skills.
- Contribute to the team's efforts to improve financial processes and controls.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar role.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently.
- Enthusiasm for learning and developing new skills.
