📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and schedule posts on various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.),Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach,Create high-quality, engaging content including images, videos, and graphics,Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools,Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages,Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
