📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring they meet their targets and objectives.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations, ensuring high productivity and quality standards.,Develop and implement training programs to improve team performance.,Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and support as needed.,Assist in the development of project plans and timelines, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR processes and practices is a plus.
