📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results by performing quality control checks and calibrating equipment.,Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Maintain and repair laboratory equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline laboratory processes.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services into overall business operations.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, incorporating new methods and tools into the laboratory workflow.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Technology, Lab Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the automotive industry.,Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and equipment operation (e.g., fuel analysis, emission testing, etc.).,Strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.,Proficient in using laboratory software and equipment, including data analysis tools.
