NEXUS Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and leading a team of QC Inspectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a proven track record of achieving high quality standards. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the quality control process for all products and services.,Lead and mentor a team of QC Inspectors.,Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.,Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.,Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.,Ensure compliance with all quality standards and regulations.,Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.,Provide training and support to staff on quality control procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.,Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using quality control software and tools.,Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems.
