🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in managing and developing teams.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR, is a plus.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other departments.
