🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational excellence, process improvement, or a similar role in the banking and financial services industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing operational excellence initiatives.,Strong knowledge of banking and financial services operations, including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements.,Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with operational excellence frameworks and methodologies is a plus.
