📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the payment processing system to ensure efficient and secure transactions.,Monitor and analyze payment data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including banks, merchants, and customers, to resolve payment issues.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance the payment operations process.,Train and mentor junior staff to build a skilled and knowledgeable team.,Stay updated with the latest payment technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of payment systems, processes, and technologies.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.
