📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and analyze structural systems for various types of buildings and infrastructure projects.,Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff.,Ensure compliance with local and international building codes and standards.,Conduct site inspections and provide technical guidance to contractors.,Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and industry best practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.,Provide technical support and advice to the management team on complex engineering challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and analysis.,Proficiency in using structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong knowledge of building codes and standards applicable to the region.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid professional engineering license in Indonesia.,Experience in supervising and mentoring junior engineers is a plus.
