  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as required.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in healthcare management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
