As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure a positive and welcoming customer experience, fostering customer loyalty and satisfaction.,Manage and train store staff, promoting a positive work environment and high performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase store sales and visibility.,Monitor store performance metrics, including sales, customer feedback, and inventory levels.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure store compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Participate in store promotions, events, and sales campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store, including driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train store staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Understanding of consumer behavior and market trends in the retail industry.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
