As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, from invoicing to collections, using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and Salesforce. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, follow-ups, and collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate collection of receivables, maintaining strong financial health for the organization.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues related to accounts receivable.
• Use industry-standard tools like QuickBooks and Salesforce to manage and track receivables.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to the development of financial strategies and policies.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with construction industry financial practices is a plus.
