PT Teknologi Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team. As a Captain, you will be responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of our team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and for ensuring that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in a team-based environment.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and procedures, and the ability to ensure that all team members are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools, such as project management software, communication tools, and safety management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Ability to travel as needed to attend to any emergency situations that may arise.
