As a Certified Hydraulic Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our excavators, while also mentoring and training new operators. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about both hands-on operation and teaching others the intricacies of hydraulic machinery.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain hydraulic excavators with precision and efficiency.
- Conduct pre-operation and post-operation inspections to ensure machinery is in optimal working condition.
- Train and mentor new operators on the safe and effective use of hydraulic excavators.
- Develop and deliver training programs using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD and CATIA.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that machinery is used in accordance with safety regulations and project requirements.
- Monitor and report on the performance of machinery to identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with all safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of machinery usage, maintenance, and training sessions.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- TESDA NC II certification in Hydraulic Excavator Operation.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operating hydraulic excavators in a construction or mining environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in heavy machinery operation.
- Experience in training and mentoring new operators.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software such as AutoCAD and CATIA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
