You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop and implement new recipes, maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, and ensure that our kitchen operations run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in developing and implementing new recipes and menu items.,Oversee kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and training.,Ensure that all food preparation and cooking processes adhere to health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients.,Conduct regular quality checks on food products.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team development.,Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or Deputy Head Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Familiarity with inventory management and purchasing processes.
