📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs aligned with company goals and employee needs.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and provide recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with managers and employees to identify training needs and develop personalized learning plans.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Create and maintain learning materials, including manuals, guides, and other resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant technologies.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.
