Urban One Mandiri is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and available for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.,Coordinate with drivers and ensure they are aware of their schedules and any specific instructions.,Monitor fuel consumption and ensure that vehicles are refueled as needed.,Track vehicle mileage and ensure that all trips are logged accurately.,Inspect vehicles regularly to ensure they are in good condition and safe for use.,Coordinate with clients to arrange vehicle pick-up and drop-off times.,Maintain accurate records of all vehicle transactions and communications.,Assist in the training and development of new drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the transportation or logistics industry.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
