This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work both in-office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Manage and develop the restaurant staff, providing training and support as needed.,Implement and maintain health and safety protocols in the restaurant.,Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient and accurate food preparation.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Familiarity with inventory management and food cost control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
