📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in project planning and execution by supporting the PMO Team with tasks such as scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deadlines are adhered to.
• Conduct regular project status updates and report on project progress to stakeholders.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project charters, work breakdown structures, and project plans.
• Support the PMO Team in the implementation of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Participate in project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals and business cases for new IT initiatives.
• Support the PMO Team in the implementation of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Basic understanding of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
