Gold Space Cemerlang is looking for a Junior Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event staff.,Ensure the smooth execution of banquet events, from setup to cleanup.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests.,Maintain a clean and organized event space.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and documentation.,Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions.,Learn and adapt to new event planning techniques and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banquet industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
