Tanggung Jawab:
Assisting the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.Supervising the preparation of meals in the kitchen.Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.Managing kitchen staff and delegating tasks effectively.Monitoring food costs and inventory.Participating in staff training and development programs.Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and methods.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.🛠️ Keahlian
