As the Lead Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for managing the accounting department and ensuring the financial health of our hotel. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained.,Prepare and submit financial reports to management and regulatory bodies.,Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the payroll process, including calculating salaries, deductions, and benefits.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
