📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.,Lead and mentor a team of medical representatives, providing guidance and support.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Organize and participate in medical and scientific events to promote our products.,Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.,Provide regular reports and updates to the management on sales performance and market conditions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical representation or pharmaceutical sales.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare market in Indonesia.,Proficiency in English and local language is a plus.,Valid medical sales license and good standing with relevant regulatory bodies.
