🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the air conditioning or rental services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of industry-standard tools like SAP and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
