Stripe is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Identity & Access Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution for our identity and access management solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and user-centric products that meet the needs of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Identity & Access Management solutions.,Work with engineering, design, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.,Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize customer feedback and requirements.,Measure product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.,Lead and mentor junior product managers and contribute to team growth.,Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company.,Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.,Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.,Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.,Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes.,Familiarity with cloud-based identity and access management solutions is a plus.
