This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rp 10.000.000 to Rp 16.000.000.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.
• Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.
• Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding recruitment and hiring.
• Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
