📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular quality checks and inspections.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage and mentor production staff.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Implement and monitor production improvement initiatives.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using production management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
