Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare sales reports and presentations to support decision-making.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Manage and track sales performance and pipeline.,Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of the property market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using sales and CRM software.,Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
