PT Persada Kusuma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Oversee employee relations and conflict resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Manage employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR practices align with business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
