📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage the store's inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stock control.,Lead and motivate the sales team, setting goals and providing training and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.,Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with the corporate office to ensure store performance aligns with company goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
