You'll leverage your expertise in job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor, along with your network of industry contacts, to source and attract top talent. Your daily tasks will include conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and managing the candidate experience from application to offer.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets for high-profile clients.
• Source, attract, and engage top talent using job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience from application to offer, ensuring a positive and efficient process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
• Utilize recruitment tools like Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software to streamline the hiring process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Contribute to team goals and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding hiring targets.
• Strong knowledge of job boards and ATS tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Workday.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Certifications in recruitment or talent acquisition are a plus.
