📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee biotechnology research and development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry standards.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive innovation and growth in the biotech sector.
• Manage a team of biotechnology experts, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of research findings into product development.
• Oversee the development of new biotech products, from concept to commercialization, ensuring regulatory compliance and market readiness.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the biotechnology industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, stakeholders, and clients to drive business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in biotechnology research and development, with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team of experts.
• In-depth knowledge of biotech regulations, standards, and best practices.
