📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead environmental compliance efforts for the IKIP Project, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor environmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Review and approve environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and environmental management plans (EMPs) for project activities.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies, including the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, to address compliance issues and obtain necessary permits.
• Develop and implement environmental management systems to minimize the project's environmental footprint and promote sustainability.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Train and mentor project team members on environmental best practices and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all project activities comply with environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in environmental compliance and project supervision, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations, including those related to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.
• Proficiency in using environmental management software, such as SAP or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
