📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the insurance sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive product awareness and sales.
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to manage client interactions and data.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in the insurance sector.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance and client feedback.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, banking, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in insurance or financial services is a plus.
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
