📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Review financial records, transactions, and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Identify areas of risk and recommend corrective actions to management.
• Prepare and present audit reports to the management and board of directors.
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal audit policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
• Provide support and guidance to other departments on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
